Cancellations are only allowed under the following conditions:
- Color Mismatch: If the received product has a significant color difference compared to what was displayed on the website.
- Product Damage: If the product arrives damaged or defective.
To request a cancellation, customers must email us at [email protected] with a video proof of unpacking clearly showing the issue. Requests without video proof may not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The cancellation request is approved based on color mismatch or product damage.
- The video proof confirms the reported issue.
- The product is returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Return Shipping
If a return is required, the customer will receive return shipping instructions. We may cover shipping costs for approved cases of damage or color mismatch.
